Helena has been an associate at BAYLOS since 2016, advising her clients in all matters related to Industrial and Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition. She specialises in litigation in these fields, especially trade mark and unfair competition matters. Over the last few years, she has also specialised in Data Protection, privacy, information and e-commerce technology services. Helena is the DPO under the Certification Scheme of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
