Aurelio Lopez-Tarruella, Of Counsel Attorney at Baylos, is in charge of the organisation of the Congress of FIDE (Fundación para la investigación en Derecho de empresa) "Can robots invent and create? A dialogue between Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property”, that will be held at the University of Alicante, on 14-15 March 2019.
The congress includes sessions on the challenges of AI to patents, trademarks, copyright and human rights. Bernt Hugenholtz, Josef Drexl, Manuel Desantes, Raquel Xalabarder, Giancarlo Frosio, Noam Shemtov are among the experts that will be sharing their thoughts about the latest developments in the field.
Besides the organisation, Aurelio is also in charge of chairing the panel devoted to the protection and access to non-personal data.
