Professional career
Helena is an associate lawyer at BAYLOS since 2016. She has previously worked in the following law firms ARRIAGA ASOCIADOS and TRIVIÑO ABOGADOS. She advises her clients in all matters related to IP Law and Competition Law. She is specialised in IP disputes, in particular, in matters related to Trademarks and Competition Law. In the last years, she has participated in important trademark disputes in the sectors of perfumery and jewellery Her professional activity also includes advising in contractual and pre-litigation matters.

- Bachelor's Degree in Law by the Autonomous University of Madrid (2013).
- Graduated in Law by the Università degli Studi di Firenze (Italy) (2012), with Thesis on European Comparative Law.
- Master’s Degree for becoming a Lawyer (Máster de Acceso a la Profesión de Abogado) (2012 – 2013).
- Master's Degree in Intellectual Property Rights and New Technologies at the Autonomous University of Madrid (2015-2015).
- Practising Lawyer since 2013.
