Professional career
Mª Elena joined Baylos in 2019.
Previously she has worked for 4 years for several multinationals, gaining experience in the deployment and implementation of the corporate commercial strategy and in particular, in the luxury goods, cosmetics, selective distribution and retail sectors.
At present, after post-graduating in the field of IP law specialist, she provides legal counselling in matters related to Trademarks, Designs and Copyright, in administrative and legal proceedings.
She also provides advice to companies in respect to Risk Compliance Operations, Data Protection and New technologies regulation.
