Professional career
Marta is an associate lawyer at BAYLOS since 2019. Before joining BAYLOS, she worked as a lawyer at Uniforo Abogados Madrid, in the intellectual property and unfair competition litigation department, where she provided legal advice and represented clients before both civil and criminal Courts, as well as providing legal counseling to national and international clients regarding trademark registrations. In 2015 she took part in the Pan-European Seal Programme at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), where she has been involved in the process and drafting of opposition decisions.

- Master's Degree in Intellectual Property Rights and New Technologies at the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid (2014-2015).
