Patricia Guillén


Professional career

Patricia has been an Associate at BAYLOS since 2020. She previously worked as an attorney specialising in industrial and intellectual property at ABG Intellectual Property and Pérez-Llorca.

She offers legal counselling in civil and commercial matters in relation to any class of intangible assets. In particular, she provides advice in drafting and negotiating contracts and acts in judicial proceedings in Courts and Tribunals in relation to industrial and intellectual property as well as unfair competition issues. She has additionally been a recurring participant in the design and implantation of programmes for the protection of trade secrets in a number of sectors.
