The Court of Paris considers that the use of the registered trademark "Carré Blanc" in the URL and header of a website accessible through the Amazon.fr domain name infringes the IP holder rights. This use, in addition to achieving a higher traffic flow on the website and improving its referencing in search engines such as Google, misleads users as to the availability of original “Carré blanc” products.
