Following the tradition of previous years, the attorneys of Baylos have participated in the 2019 Practical Compendium for Lawyers (Administrative Law) of Wolter Kluwer.
In this ocassion, David Gomez and Morgan Schaaf write an article in Spanish entitled "Deficiente redacción de la LEC en materia de dictámenes elaborados por peritos designados por el tribunal: praxis del Juzgado de Marca de la UE sobre el momento procesal oportuno para su aportación al proceso". D. Gomez and (link: Pedro Merino Baylos, contribute with the article "La imposibilidad procesal ¿o no? de alterar los términos de una demanda en sede de apelación y otras cuestiones relevantes en un litigo de patentes".
The presentation of the compendia will take place next 9 July 2019 and will be hosted by the Presidenta del Consejo de Estado, Excma. Sra. D.ª M.ª Teresa Fernández de la Vega in the Lazaro Galdiano Museum. Our colleagues Pedro Merino Baylos and Jose Luis Gonzalez will attend it.
