The Swiss Federal Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Lindt bunnies, declaring that the bunnies marketed by Lidl violated Lindt's copyrights. The bunnies were very similar in shape and appearance and could be confused, thus bridging the existing differences between the two, deeming them not significant. The stock should be melted, thus not causing the loss of the chocolate.
