Next January 16, our colleague Rodrigo Ahijón will be teaching at the Master degree of the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid in Telecommunications, Data protection, Audiovisual and Information Society Law.
Within the module Information Society: The ICTs in the public and private sphere, our colleague will give a lecture entitled “The problems of the information society services and the intellectual property”, on which he will review of the more recent judgement of the European Union Court of Justice in relation to public communication in its modality of making it available to the public, from the judgement in the Svensson case to the more recent judgement in the case Land Nordrhein-Westfalen vs. Dirk Renckhoff.
