David Gomez, partner at BAYLOS, will participate as speaker in the XIII Congress of the EU Trademark Court that is organised every year by the Alicante Bar, EUIPO and the EU Trademark Court. This year the Congress will take place in Alicante, on 15-16 November 2018.
David Gomez has been invited to participate in a round table on the unitary character of the EU Trademark together with Arnaud Folliard (EUIPO) and Enrique García-Chamon, Presidente of the EU Trademark Court.
