Wolters Kluwer, in collaboration with the AIPPI, has recently released the book “Genuine Use of Trademarks”. The partners of BAYLOS, David Gómez and Pedro Merino Baylos, are the authors of the chapter related to Spain, in which they explain how Spain regulates the obligation on registered trademark holders to use the trademark, its practical implications and how Spanish courts have been interpreting this legal requirement.
