On 12 July 2018, the "Yearly Litigation Review", published by Wolters Kluwer, was presented in Hotel Intercontinental in Madrid. This Yearly Review collects the most relevant litigation and arbitration cases in Spain during 2017. The conference was hosted by Mr. Juan José González Rivas, President of the Spanish Constitutional Court. D. David Gómez attended the conference on behalf of BAYLOS.
This is the fourth year that BAYLOS was invited to participate in the Yearly Review with an article analysing an important decision of the Alicante's Provincial Court of 27 November 2017, under the title “Competencia de los juzgados de marca de la UE de Alicante para conocer de forma acumulada de acciones de infracción de marca de la UE y de acciones de infracción de diseños industriales nacionales”.
