Pedro Merino, partner at BAYLOS, will participate in the Congress "Propiedad industrial, propiedad intelectual y Constitución Española", that will take place in Biblioteca Nacional de España (Madrid) on 20-21 December 2018 to conmemorate the 40th Anniversary of the Spanish Constitution.
Pedro Merino will participate in the opening session as president of the Spanish Group of AIPPI.
