Ernesto has been an associate at BAYLOS since 2018. Before that, he was an associate at FJF Legal and SALVADOR FERRANDIS IP LEGAL. He also worked in consultancy in the Czech Republic and Brussels in one of the leading European consultancies in collaborative R&D&I projects, where his work involved consultancy and management of Industrial and Intellectual Property.
Ernesto currently focuses on the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property, New Technologies and Unfair Competition, combining strategic consultancy for both large companies and start-ups with legal and administrative proceedings management.
