PROFESSIONAL CAREER:
Ernesto Cebollero has been an associate at BAYLOS since 2018. Before that, he was an associate at FJF Legal and SALVADOR FERRANDIS IP LEGAL. He also worked in consultancy in the Czech Republic and Brussels in one of the leading European consultancies in collaborative R&D&I projects, where his work involved consultancy and management of Industrial and Intellectual Property.
Ernesto currently focuses on the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property, New Technologies and Unfair Competition, combining strategic consultancy for both large companies and start-ups with legal and administrative proceedings management.
Speaker for different courses and programmes specialising in Industrial and Intellectual Property (Magister Lvcentinvs, ISDE, ICAM, Thomson Reuters).
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from Carlos III University of Madrid (2006).
Master’s in Foreign Trade and International Company Management, scholarship ICEX (2007).
Master’s in Industrial and Intellectual Property and Information Society Law (Magister Lvcentinvs) from the University of Alicante (2012).
