Carmen Amor

PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

Carmen Amor has been an associate at Baylos since 2024, previously she worked at Hoyng Rokh Monegier.

She has more than eight years of experience representing national and international clients in litigation related to Copyright, Trademarks, Designs, Unfair Competition and Patents. She provides advice in relation to intangible asset protection strategies and negotiation of agreements. She also has experience in handling proceedings before the EUIPO and the SPTO.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (2011).

  • Master’s in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Social Networks and ICT from ESADE, Ramón Llull University (2015).
