PROFESSIONAL CAREER:
Alejandro worked as an attorney at PONS IP, in the international Trademark department, performing functions of trademark portfolio management for national and international clients, and dispute resolution before the SPTO and EUIPO in different instances, being involved in many opportunities in cases brought before the General Court of the EU. He was also involved in mediating negotiations, drafting agreements and all kinds of contracts related to IP.
EDUCATION:
• Law Degree, Central University of Venezuela (2018).
• Master's Degree in Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies, ISDE (2019-2020).
