PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Denis Berzinec joined Baylos in December 2022 as an associate. Previously, after specialising in Intellectual Property Law, he worked at Bomhard IP (Alicante) as a jurist and paralegal.
Denis has extensive experience in trade mark and design portfolio management before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as in multijurisdictional trade mark clearance projects.
Currently, his professional practice includes providing legal advice on trade mark and design matters, drafting all types of documents in proceedings before the EUIPO and the SPTO, as well as coexistence agreements and formal notices.
