PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Anastasia Lantsova joined the BAYLOS team in 2022. After specializing in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition Law, and New Technologies; she provides legal advice on Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Patents and Copyright in both administrative and judicial proceedings. Her professional activity includes, among others, the drafting of injunctions, and various defense and opposition briefs before the SPTO and EUIPO proceedings, as well as an active monitoring of industrial property rights.
