PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Anastasia Lantsova joined the BAYLOS team in 2022. After specializing in Intellectual Property, Competition Law, and New Technologies, she provides legal advice on Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Copyright, and Patents, both in administrative and judicial proceedings. Her practice focuses on the textile, toy, and tobacco sectors, among others. Her professional activity also includes online brand protection, out-of-court negotiations, and handling procedures before European Customs.
In addition, Anastasia collaborates in providing training sessions to different State Security Forces and Customs Authorities to promote the efficient detection of counterfeit products.
