PROFESSIONAL CAREER:
Alodía Carmona joined Baylos in 2021. After specialising in Intellectual and industrial Property, New Technologies and Unfair Competition, she currently provides legal advice on Trade Marks, Industrial Designs, Copyright and Patents with regards to both administrative and legal proceedings. Her professional activity also includes out-of-court negotiations, online trade mark protection and drafting contracts.
EDUCATION:
Master’s in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation (Magister Lvcentinvs) from the University of Alicante (2021).
Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession from the Open University of Catalonia (2022).
Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Granada (2019).
