Alexandra Micle

PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

Alexandra Micle joined Baylos in June 2024 as an associate. Previously, after her specialization in Intellectual Property Law (Lucentinus), she started her professional career as a trainee at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) to continue in the private sector as an IP Attorney at Pons IP and Ars Privilegium

In addition to her extensive knowledge of national, European and international legislation on Industrial and Intellectual Property, she has experience in the prosecution of trademarks and designs proceedings before the corresponding Offices (SPTO, EUIPO, WIPO and international through the network of associates), as well as in the prosecution of patents and utility models before the SPTO and EPO. Her experience also includes cease and desist letters, coexistence agreements, as well as all kinds of defence and opposition writs.

Currently, her professional practice focuses on legal advice on industrial property matters, including the strategic management of IP portfolios, their processing and follow-up, as well as all types of writings.

EDUCATION:

• Law Degree, University of Alicante (2015).

• Master's Degree in Intellectual Property, Lucentinus (2016/2017)

• Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, UOC (2017/2019)
