We develop and implement the best design protection and registration strategy at a worldwide level, taking on management and client representation before the corresponding trade mark offices.

To do this, we plan the possible launch of designs together with our clients, assessing not only the possible budgetary constraints in order to differentiate those for which registration is worthwhile and those that can be protected by other mechanisms, such as by unregistered design and/or intellectual property, but also possibly delaying its registration within the grace period provided by the regulation. We also defend our clients’ designs before the competent bodies.
