Aurelio Lopez-Tarruella, "Of Counsel" Attorney at BAYLOS, will participate in Transatlantic IP Summer Academy, that will be held in Case Western University, Cleveland, 3 - 7 September 2018.
Aurelio will teach a workshop entitled "Technological Challenges and Private International Law: Problems and Solutions". He will analyse the risks digital startups incur in when making business in Internet as a consequence of its global character. He will explain what tools can be use to reduce those risks.
