PROFESSIONAL CAREER:
Virginia has been at BAYLOS as a paralegal since 2018, but her career in the legal sector started in 2006. She has extensive experience supporting the lawyers in industrial and intellectual property matters. Virginia specialises in safeguarding and protecting IP rights before Customs, dealing with the application and monitoring of national and community custom surveillance files. She is also responsible for administrative duties and billing, and has extensive experience in the use of management and billing platforms (ARIBA, COUPA, COLLABORATI, etc.)
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares (1991).
