PROFESSIONAL CAREER:
Belén joined BAYLOS in 2020. She previously worked for four years as a lawyer in the multidisciplinary law firm DELGADO SCHWARZMANN y VILA CLAVERO in Málaga. She currently provides legal consultancy services to companies and individuals in matters related to Industrial and Intellectual Property, New Technologies, advertising and Unfair Competition, in both the litigation field and contractual matters, administrative proceedings and out-of-court negotiations.
EDUCATION:
Master’s in Intellectual and Industrial Property and New Technologies from the Autonomous University of Madrid (2019 – 2020).
Bachelor’s degree in Alternative Conflict Mediation and Resolution from the Rey Juan Carlos University (2015 – 2016).
Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Málaga (2012).
Practising lawyer since 2014.
