María José De Gorostízaga joined BAYLOS in 2022. After specialising in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies, she currently provides legal advice regarding Trade Marks, Designs and Copyright for both administrative and legal proceedings. Her professional activity also includes advising clients on Data Protection matters.

Master’s in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) (2020).
Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession from the Carlos III University of Madrid (2021).
Combined Bachelor’s degree in Law and International Relations from the Loyola University Andalusia (2019).
