PROFESSIONAL CAREER:
Helena Sassoli has been an associate at BAYLOS since 2016, advising her clients in all matters related to Industrial and Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition. She specialises in litigation in these fields, especially trade mark and unfair competition matters. Over the last few years, she has also specialised in Data Protection, privacy, information and e-commerce technology services. Helena is the DPO under the Certification Scheme of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid (2012).
Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Florence, Italy (2013), with a dissertation on European Comparative Law.
Master’s in Intellectual and Industrial Property and New Technologies from the Autonomous University of Madrid (2015 – 2016).
